IAM Annual Meeting & Expo 2027
The IAM Annual Meeting & Expo is the International Association of Movers’ flagship event, bringing together owners, executives, forwarders, suppliers, and industry partners from more than 100 countries. Over four days, attendees connect through business meetings, education sessions, member programs, and a dedicated expo floor built for partnership and deal-making.
The 65th edition is scheduled for October 4–7, 2027 at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center in National Harbor, Maryland. IAM’s official meetings site lists this as the next port of call after the 64th meeting in San Diego (October 21–24, 2026). Registration is expected to open in 2027; sponsor, exhibit, and speaker opportunities are coordinated through IAM (contact details on iammeetings.com). IAM notes that hotel bookings should be made only through official IAM channels.
Future editions announced on the official site include the 66th meeting in Chicago, Illinois (October 11–14, 2028) and the 67th in Orlando, Florida (October 10–13, 2029).
