The North Carolina EMS Expo is a long-standing educational event organized by the North Carolina Office of EMS (NCOEMS). It brings together EMS professionals from across North Carolina and the United States for several days of clinical education, hands-on learning, and professional development.

Programming includes nationally recognized speakers, evidence-based presentations, immersive workshops, and continuing education spanning prehospital emergency care, trauma, disaster preparedness, public health, leadership, and innovations in EMS practice. Attendees typically include EMTs, paramedics, emergency medical dispatchers, EMS administrators and educators, physicians, nurses, emergency managers, public health specialists, law enforcement, and search and rescue personnel.

A large exhibit hall showcases medical equipment, technology, vehicles, and services supporting EMS and public safety. The 2027 edition is scheduled for April 23–28, 2027 at the Benton Convention Center in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, with pre-conference activities noted at a nearby Marriott property.
