LEDucation is the premier educational trade show and conference for the lighting design industry, presented annually by the Designers Lighting Forum of New York (DLFNY). As a non-profit event, its proceeds fund meaningful educational efforts — including award programs, grants, scholarships, and events that advance the role of light in design.

LEDucation 2027 expands to three days. The first day of the Trade Show (Tuesday, April 13) is dedicated exclusively to qualified design professionals — lighting designers, architects, interior designers, landscape architects, engineers, press, and students — who receive color-coded badges for Designer-only access. Exhibit Halls are open 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Designer Day.
Call for Speakers
Speaker proposals for the LEDucation 2027 educational program are open, with a deadline of September 15, 2026. Experts may present virtually or in person at the New York Hilton Midtown, sharing insights with hundreds of lighting professionals at one of the industry's premier educational events.
