The Florida State Fair returns to the Florida State Fairgrounds in Tampa for 12 unforgettable days of thrills, entertainment, and mouthwatering delights, from February 4 to February 15, 2027, with daily hours of 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
What to Expect
- Midway & Rides: Carnival thrills provided by Wade Shows Inc., the fair's carnival partner.
- Live Entertainment & Concerts: Concerts are hosted at the MIDFLORIDA Credit Union Amphitheatre in partnership with Live Nation.
- Fair Food: A wide selection of mouthwatering food and beverages, with sponsors including Coca-Cola, Coors Light, Miller Lite, Yuengling, Keel Farms, and Alessi Bakery.
- Agriculture & Livestock: "Ag at The Fair" programming celebrates the hardworking farmers, innovative students, and incredible livestock of Florida.
- Cracker Country: A living history museum featuring structures from the late 1800s.
- Creative Living Competitions: Hands-on competitive showcases for crafts, cooking, and more.
