Garage Sale Art Fair 2027
The 29th Garage Sale Art Fair is produced by The Guild of Artists & Artisans at the Kalamazoo County Expo Center, 2900 Lake Street, Kalamazoo, MI 49048.
Dates & hours: Saturday, 27 February 2027, 9:00 am–4:00 pm (always the last Saturday in February). Artist load-in is Friday 2:00–7:00 pm and Saturday 7:00–8:30 am.
This one-day indoor sale is for traveling art-fair artists to sell overstock, seconds, damaged pieces and art-related supplies at bargain prices. The Guild juries the show (about 140 booths) via Zapplication; applications typically open in July, with the 2027 deadline listed as 9 October 2027 in the exhibitor prospectus.
Public admission is $5 cash only (small children free). Free on-site parking. The Expo Center is fully accessible; coat check, package hold, on-site ATM and food service are available. Paid attendance historically averages about 4,500 visitors in seven hours.
