FoodWeek Uzbekistan is an annual international food industry exhibition organized by ExpoPosition, an Uzbek exhibition company active since 1996. First held in 1996, the show reached its 20th anniversary in 2015 and is positioned as the leading food trade event in Central Asia, Uzbekistan being the largest consumer market in the region.

The 29th International Food Industry Exhibition of the Republic of Uzbekistan is scheduled for 2-4 June 2027 at Uzexpocentre, 3rd pavilion, 107 Amir Temur Avenue, Yunusabad district, Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Exhibitors cover food products, processing and packaging technologies, equipment, HoReCa supplies, and raw materials, with participation open to local and international companies through online registration and stand construction services offered by the organizer.
