Venue: Sirimavo Bandaranaike Memorial Exhibition Centre (BMICH / SBMEC), Colombo, Sri Lanka
Edition: 19th

Hotel Show Colombo is Sri Lanka's largest and longest-running hospitality industry exhibition. Established in 1998, it has become the country's benchmark sourcing platform for the hotel, restaurant and tourism sectors. The 2027 edition - the 19th in the series - will be held on 4, 5 and 6 June 2027 at the Sirimavo Bandaranaike Memorial Exhibition Centre (BMICH / SBMEC) in Colombo. It is organised by the Sri Lanka Hospitality Graduates Association with CDC Events as professional event organiser and is supported by public and private sector industry bodies.
The exhibition gathers international and local exhibitors presenting hotel equipment, interior and design solutions, hospitality technology, foodservice supplies, gardening and landscaping equipment, and sustainable innovations. Visitors and buyers are expected from Sri Lanka, the Maldives, India and across South Asia, with the organiser promoting more than 200 exhibitors and representation from over 30 countries. A programme of concurrent competitions runs alongside the show, including the National Barista Championship, National Room Stylist Challenge, National Tea Masters Cup, Bar Champs, Colombo Food Fest and chef-led masterclasses. The event carries endorsements from national and regional hospitality associations, among them the Chefs' Guild of Lanka and several regional hoteliers' associations.
The official visitor-information page lists daily opening hours, but two sections of that page give conflicting times (10:00-19:00 and 10:00-18:00), so no single daily schedule is recorded here. Exhibitor stall booking and visitor pre-registration for the 2027 edition are open via the official website.
