Florida Huddle

Florida Huddle is Florida's premier travel trade show for tour operators and wholesalers from around the world. Organized by VISIT FLORIDA, the event showcases destinations, hotels, resorts, attractions, and theme parks across the Sunshine State. The program combines one-on-one appointments, educational sessions, and networking to connect Florida tourism suppliers with international and domestic travel buyers.

Attendees use the event platform to request meetings, review and manage appointment schedules, exchange private messages, and maintain their public profiles. VISIT FLORIDA reviews registration applications to ensure participants meet the event's criteria. Media delegates apply separately and attend after review and approval by the Florida Huddle public relations team.

The 2027 edition is scheduled for January 24–27, 2027, at Gaylord Palms in Kissimmee, Florida.
