Care Food Fukuoka is the food-focused component of the 10th CareTEX Fukuoka (第10回 CareTEX福岡’27), Kyushu’s large B2B care-industry trade show. CareTEX Fukuoka brings together five specialist exhibitions: care products, care-facility industry, care-facility solutions, care technology, and Care Food.
The Care Food zone gathers catering/meal-delivery and contract foodservice, texture-modified and dysphagia diets, therapeutic and nutrition-adjusted meals, food wholesalers, kitchen equipment and tableware, nutrition-management software, and beverage/food ingredients for elderly-care and welfare facilities.
Admission is limited to industry professionals (facility owners, managers, procurement, care managers, nurses, care staff). The general public, students, and visitors under 18 are not admitted. Visitor pre-registration is available via the official CareTEX Fukuoka site.
