The International Downstream Conference & Exhibition (IDCE) connects operators, innovators, investors, policymakers, buyers, and decision makers across the downstream value chain. Organized by the Gulf Downstream Association (GDA), the conference and exhibition features conference sessions, an exhibition, technical sessions, and industry experiences intended to support leadership dialogue, technology showcasing, technical knowledge, strategic partnerships, and business growth.\n\nGDA is a non-profit organization established in Bahrain in 2016. It advances collaboration, knowledge exchange, and best practices across refining, petrochemicals, and related downstream sectors. IDCE traces its origins to Middle East PETROTECH and has continued under the GDA name since 2018. The 2027 edition builds on the 2023 and 2025 editions.\n\nIDCE 2027 is scheduled for 12–14 October 2027 at Exhibition World Bahrain in Sakhir, Kingdom of Bahrain.
