Emitex 2027
Emitex is the International Trade Fair of Suppliers for the Garment Industry, organised by Messe Frankfurt Argentina and part of the group's Texpertise Network. The organiser positions the show as an established reference point for clothing manufacturers and business professionals of the textile industry, describing it as a thermometer of the mood and trends for the commercial year. It brings together suppliers of fabrics, trims, machinery, technology and services for apparel production, with a programme of parallel activities, a trend hub and Design Point Textil. The official site also promotes the co-located Simatex and Confemaq exhibitions.
According to the official Emitex website in both its English and Spanish versions (last updated 29 October 2026), the next edition is scheduled for 13-15 April 2027 at BA Ferial, formerly known as the Costa Salguero Trade Center, in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The exhibition complex is on Costanera Norte at Avenida Costanera Rafael Obligado y J. Salguero 1221. The site's older structured data still references La Rural Trade Center for a past edition, but the current next-edition banner explicitly names BA Ferial, so the 2027 venue is used here. Emitex is an exclusive event for business professionals of the sector. Entry is free of charge, although visitors must present an ID or passport to be accredited. The organisers reserve the right of admission and permanence at the exhibition grounds; children under 16 are not admitted, even accompanied by an adult, and baby strollers are not permitted. The official site does not publish opening hours for the 2027 edition, so no start or end times are listed. No later edition dates have been announced by the organiser.
