Building Fair Chemnitz 2027
The Baumesse Chemnitz is a three‑day building fair (5‑7 February 2027) in Chemnitz, Germany. It features around 300 exhibitors from construction, building materials, crafts, building technology, real estate and financing. Exhibitors showcase products, consulting services and information on new construction, renovation and refurbishment. The event also includes presentations by the Chamber of Crafts and trade guilds on apprenticeship opportunities and career prospects in the building trades. As the largest industry exhibition in Central and Southwest Saxony, it attracts both professionals and the general public with a diverse lecture program. The fair is organized by C³ Chemnitzer Veranstaltungszentren GmbH.
