Plaza Culinaria, held in Freiburg from 6 to 8 November 2026, is Germany's premier food‑and‑experience fair. It showcases around 280 selected exhibitors offering high‑quality culinary products to an estimated 30,000 affluent visitors from the German‑French‑Swiss border region. The exhibition is divided into themed areas such as Asian Cuisine, Pure Genuss, Regional Delights, Black Forest Specialties, a dedicated Genuss Festival, and a Slow Food zone. Complementary programmes include a cooking studio, workshops, and live food‑rock performances.
