Vakbeurs Foodspecialiteiten is the largest fresh-food specialty trade fair in the Netherlands, serving the food-specialty retail, deli and catering sector. The next edition takes place on 13 and 14 September 2027 (12:00 to 22:00) at Evenementenhal Gorinchem. For more than 30 years the event has brought together producers, importers and buyers of cheese, delicatessen, artisan and gourmet food products. The programme features professional competitions such as the Slavakto contests and the Most Beautiful Christmas Package competition, alongside networking and product-scouting for independent delicatessens, cheesemongers and specialty-food retailers.
