ENOMAQ is the International Exhibition of Machinery and Techniques for the Cultivation, Processing and Packaging of the Food and Beverage Industry, organised by Feria de Zaragoza in Zaragoza, Spain. The 2027 edition marks the fair's 50th anniversary and its 25th edition under the ENOMAQ brand, running 26–28 January 2027. Under the slogan "The essence that unites us", ENOMAQ unifies former sector-focused shows (including olive oil mills, wineries and brewing) into seven major sectors spanning viticulture, olive growing and oil production, brewing, arboriculture and liquid foods. The event connects manufacturers, distributors and professionals worldwide to present machinery, irrigation, digitisation and packaging innovations. The venue is Feria de Zaragoza on Autovía A-2, km 311, with exhibitor and visitor services published on the official microsite.
