Freight in the City Expo 2027

Freight in the City Expo is Road Transport Media’s long-running UK exhibition focused on sustainable urban freight and last-mile logistics. Since 2022 the standalone expo.freightinthecity.com site has been retired and the event is delivered as the Urban zone at Road Transport Expo (RTX), Mark Allen Group’s Stoneleigh Park truck show.

The next confirmed edition runs 6–8 July 2027 at NAEC Stoneleigh, Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire CV8 2LZ. Official opening hours published for the show are 09:00–17:00 on the first two days and 09:00–15:00 on the final day.

Visitors can explore vans, trucks, micro-mobility, cargo bikes, safety technology and urban delivery equipment, with conference content spanning clean fleets, kerbside management, compliance and decarbonisation. Entry to RTX remains free; register via the official Road Transport Expo website.
