Fine Food Australia is the country’s leading trade event for the food and hospitality industry. Organised by Diversified Communications, the show brings together foodservice, retail, catering and manufacturing buyers with suppliers across ingredients, equipment, packaging and services.

The next edition runs 6–9 September 2027 at ICC Sydney (14 Darling Drive, Darling Harbour, Sydney NSW). The official site promotes exhibitor enquiries and visitor planning for 2027, with education stages, live competitions, networking and category pavilions on the exhibition floor.

Fine Food Australia 2026 was held 31 August–3 September at Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC); from 2027 the event moves to ICC Sydney.
