The 17th India Foodex, held 21‑23 August 2026 at the KTPO Exhibition Centre in Bangalore, is an international showcase of food, beverage and bakery products alongside food‑processing, packaging and cold‑chain technologies. Running concurrently with DairyTech India, the event will host over 200 stalls from 20+ countries and attract more than 25,000 visitors. Core exhibit categories include food‑processing machinery, packaging equipment, hotel‑kitchen appliances, grain‑milling tech, dairy and bakery solutions, agriculture and poultry technologies, seafood processing, retail supplies, barcode/ink coding, finance and certification services, organic and herbal food products, testing labs, post‑harvest infrastructure, pack‑house and warehousing systems, automation and robotics, grading/sorting, wrapping, sealing, lamination, cold‑chain equipment, refrigerated transport, digital temperature controllers, marketing, export services, marine and aquaculture R&D, publications and research institutions.
