associationX 2027
associationX is a free one-day trade show and education day for association executives and staff employed by not-for-profit organisations in New Zealand. Organised by the New Zealand Society of Association Executives (NZSAE), the 2027 edition takes place on Tuesday 2 March 2027 at Tākina Wellington Convention and Exhibition Centre. Doors open at 9:30am; programming runs through 4:30pm.
The event combines a trade show with more than 35 exhibitors spanning technology, membership systems, events, communications, venues, destinations and association services, alongside short Main Area sessions and optional Deep Dive conversations. Attendees can explore CRM, websites, AI, automation, member engagement and event tools, and speak directly with suppliers and peers without committing to a traditional all-day conference format.
Registration is open to association CEOs, executive directors, membership and engagement professionals, event professionals, advocacy leaders and other not-for-profit staff. Commercial suppliers attend as approved exhibitors or partners. Register via the official NZSAE event page.
