Toronto Construction & Design Expo (CSC Toronto Chapter Building Expo) is Canada's longest-running technical trade show for the design and construction industry. Organized by Construction Specifications Canada's Toronto chapter, the expo brings together architects, designers, developers, engineers, facility managers, specification writers, contractors, and manufacturers to connect, learn, and explore building products and systems.

The 49th edition takes place on Wednesday, March 3, 2027, from 1:15 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, South Building, Hall G (222 Bremner Boulevard, Toronto, Ontario). Exhibitor booth registration for this edition opened November 2, 2026; attendee registration is available via the official Eventbrite listing linked from the expo website.

The event is an in-person networking and education experience focused on technical specification, contract documentation, and collaboration across disciplines that shape the built environment in Canada.
