NYWEA Annual Meeting & Exhibition 2027
The New York Water Environment Association (NYWEA) Annual Meeting & Exhibition is New York State’s largest water-quality technical conference and companion trade show. Each year the association convenes operators, engineers, regulators, consultants, and equipment suppliers for multi-day technical sessions, committee meetings, networking, and an expansive exhibit hall.
NYWEA hosts the Annual Meeting at the New York Marriott Marquis in Times Square, New York City. The 99th Annual Meeting is scheduled for February 8–10, 2027, as announced in NYWEA’s official October 2026 member newsletter (Thru the Barscreen). Sponsorship listings on NYWEA’s membership portal likewise reference the 99th Annual Meeting.
The event typically opens with registration and an opening session, followed by parallel technical sessions across hotel meeting floors and exhibitor activity in the Westside Ballroom exhibit hall on the fifth floor. Past programs include exhibitor receptions, awards luncheons, operations challenges, and young-professional programming.
