CHOCOTEC connects the global chocolate industry. Organized by ZDS - the Zentralstelle der Deutschen Suesswarenwirtschaft (German Confectionery Association) - the event combines a high-level congress with a foyer exhibition, poster exhibition and start-up corner.
2026 Edition
ChocoTec 2026 takes place December 8-10, 2026 at the Cologne Congress Center Nord (Deutz-Muelheimer Strasse 111, 50679 Cologne). The 2026 edition falls in the ZDS anniversary year, celebrating 75 years of ZDS with the international chocolate industry.
