Anuga FoodTec is an international trade fair for food and beverage technology, covering processing, filling and packaging, food safety, digitalisation, intralogistics, and sustainable packaging. Organized by Koelnmesse, it brings together suppliers, manufacturers, researchers, and industry professionals from across the global food and beverage production sector.\n\nThe 2027 edition takes place from 23 to 26 February at the Cologne exhibition centre (Koelnmesse) in Cologne, Germany. The official visitor opening hours are 09:00–18:00 from 23 to 25 February and 09:00–16:00 on 26 February. The programme includes exhibition areas and specialist formats addressing automation, digitalisation, sustainability, processing, packaging, and food safety.
