Techno-Ocean is Japan's premier ocean-focused trade exhibition, held biennially in Kobe. It brings together shipbuilding, marine equipment, offshore energy, port technology, fisheries, aquaculture, and ocean research companies to showcase products, technologies, and solutions for the maritime and ocean sectors.

The Techno-Ocean 2027 edition is officially scheduled for 14 to 16 October 2027 at Kobe International Exhibition Hall Building 2 and other venues in Kobe (Minatojima-nakamachi, Chuo-ku, Kobe, Hyogo), as confirmed on the official organizer site techno-ocean.com. Daily exhibition hours are listed as 10:00 to 17:00. The 2027 edition is described by the organizing committee as an expanded platform connecting people, knowledge, technology, and society around the future of the ocean.

The previous edition, Techno-Ocean 2025, was held 27 to 29 November 2025 at Kobe International Exhibition Hall Building 2 and closed with about 9,758 visitors. Techno-Ocean also features the Techno-Ocean Awards recognizing contributions to ocean development, and outreach programs such as ocean engineering education events for students.
