China Green Building Materials and Prefabricated Building Exhibition 2027
The China Green Building Materials and Prefabricated Building Exhibition (GBPB) is an annual industry event focused on green building materials, prefabricated and modular construction, and intelligent construction technologies. It is organized by Grandeur Exhibition Group (Guangdong Hongwei International Exhibition Group) together with the Guangdong Provincial Construction Green & Prefabricated Development Association and the Foshan Prefabricated Building Association.
The 2027 edition (the 6th) is held from 8 to 10 May 2027 at the Guangzhou Poly World Trade Center Expo (PWTC Expo) in Pazhou, Guangzhou, Guangdong, China. The show convenes government bodies, real-estate developers, contractors, architects, material manufacturers, and testing and certification organizations across the full construction supply chain, with concurrent forums on green building, prefabrication, and smart construction.
The exhibition covers green building materials, prefabricated building systems, modular and integrated housing, steel structures, intelligent construction equipment, and building-industrialization products, serving as a major annual platform for the green-building and prefabricated-construction industry in the Greater Bay Area.
