Pilot Expo 2027

Pilot Expo is Europe's largest event dedicated to aircrew recruitment and training, organized by Avio Expo GmbH. After five years in Berlin, the event moved to Brussels Airport in 2025.

Content

The expo targets experienced pilots, recent flight school graduates, and aspiring future aviators, as well as cabin crew, engineers, and other airline personnel. It features a two-day trade show with airlines, aviation training organizations, and industry providers; two parallel conference tracks (ACES for licensed pilots and FUTURE PILOTS for aspiring aviators); recruitment opportunities, workshops, and networking. Scale: 5,000+ visitors, 150+ exhibitors, and 30+ countries represented.
