InterSICOP (Bake & Ice Attraction, Anuga Select Iberica) 2027
InterSICOP (International Bakery, Pastry, Ice Cream and Coffee fair) was organised by IFEMA MADRID as a trade fair covering the bakery and sweets, ice cream and coffee industries, bringing together manufacturers, suppliers and experts with machinery, ingredients, seminars, competitions and networking programmes.
On 29 July 2025, Koelnmesse (organiser of Anuga) and IFEMA MADRID signed a strategic alliance to launch Anuga Select Iberica, a new trade fair format for the Spanish and Iberian food market. InterSICOP was rebranded under the new name Bake & Ice Attraction and, together with IFEMA's Meat Attraction, merged into Anuga Select Iberica. The first edition of Anuga Select Iberica is confirmed for 16-18 February 2027 at IFEMA Madrid (Feria de Madrid), Avenida del Partenon 5, 28042 Madrid, Spain, and will additionally cover chilled and fresh products, fine food, dairy, beverages, plant-based and organic segments.
