Setral is a medium-sized German-French producer of special lubricants. He has been working there since April 2021. Setral is his employer. His responsibilities include chemical compliance, product development and R&D. These fields are all linked by the regulatory requirements that are constantly changing.

Dr. Anant Kolekar is the Chief Scientist at Valvoline Global Operations. He leads the Global Drive System Fluid Development. He received his PhD in Tribology at Imperial College London. He holds multiple patents on fluids for drive systems and hardware design. He has a professional background that is unique in the field of Automotive and Aerospace Product Development using Tribology. Fluid Mechanics. Thermodynamics and Computational Mathematics.
