LabDays Copenhagen 2024. 4 - 5 September at the new venue called the K.B. Hall. Rental per m² up to 24 m²: DKK 2.920. Rental per m² 25 m² & more: DKK 2.635. Registration fee per stand: DKK 2.635. Registration fee per co-exhibitor: DDK 575. All prices are ex. Danish VAT.

Payment terms: 1. rate: 05.02.2024: Reg.fee + 50% of the stand rental.
2. rate: 01.07.2024: Rest of the stand rental.
The stands are constructed without canopies. Max building high is 2½ meters.
Tuesday, 3 September 08.00 - 22.00 - Exhibitors preparing their stands.
Wednesday, 4 September 09.00 - 16.00 - Open for trade visitors.
Thursday, 5 September 09.00 - 16.00 - Open for trade visitors.
Exhibitors can enter the exhibition hall from 08.00 o'clock during the two days the fair takes place. And all exhibitors have to be out before midnight the last day when the breakdown takes place.
The LabDays fair will, as something new, take place a new venue called the K.B. hall. The old K.B. Hall burned to the ground in 2011; after which a brand new hall was built, which opened in 2019. The hall has an ideal location in Copenhagen, and are quite near to public tranportation right between to train stations. But the best thing, apart from the hall itself, is that the parking conditions are quite good around the venue.
