Edison Park Fest in 2024. The festival will take place August 2nd-4th, 2024. Edison Park Fest. Edison Park Fest started in 1972 on Northwest Highway as a street sale. It has since grown to be one of Chicago's most popular street festivals. The annual community event attracts over 20,000 people throughout the entire weekend. The proceeds from Edison Park Fest go towards beautification of the surrounding area, community programs like Santa Express, local school and civic fundraisers as well as daily operations of Edison Park Chamber of Commerce. We welcome everyone, whether it's your first Edison Park Fest or if you are a regular. Thank you for supporting this neighborhood fundraiser.
