Each exhibitor receives an Exhibition Manual upon acceptance of their application. This manual contains detailed information on electrical installations, shipping instructions and travel agents. It also includes fees for booth facilities, booth decoration, and forwarding and handling agents.
Exhibitors who cancel after making payments but before selecting a booth are entitled to a 50% refund. Exhibitors that violate these policies will be banned from future events and removed.
