He is Ruler of Dubai and Vice President and Prime Minster of the United Arab Emirates. Dubai HeliShow provides a unique opportunity for the international helicopter industry to interact and meet with potential customers, including State delegates from the Gulf Co-operation Council and Trade Visitors from the Middle East and Africa.
