Attorney General Ken Paxton of Texas is leading a coalition of Attorneys General from 26 states suing the Biden Administration over what Paxton has called “Biden’s unlawful ban on private firearms sales”. Paxton is leading a multi-state coalition of A.G.’s including Utah, Texas, Louisiana and Missouri suing the B.A.T.F. of the U.S. Department of Justice for “unlawfully attempting to abridge American’s Constitutional right to privately buy and sell firearms”.

Utah Attorney General Sean Reyes said “Nearly forty years ago, Congress condemned ATF for targeting innocent gun owners instead of focusing on felons, calling ATF’s actions “reprehensible”.
