The 20th Hoag OC marathon will take place on 5 May 2024. A new three-year partnership highlights the health benefits of running.

Hoag, in its commitment to creating a healthy community, announced today that it will be the sponsor of the 20th Annual OC Marathon. The event has been rebranded the Hoag OC Marathon.

San Diego's David Aguilar won the 19th annual OC Marathon on Sunday with a time record of 2:18:06 while a woman from Northern California took the women's race home in 2:53.06.

Steven Martinez received a bonus of $2,500 for beating the course record set in 2011 (2:22:45).
